These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your registration for and participation in live online webinars offered by VB Anatomy Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering, making a payment, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Operator details: This website and the webinars are operated by VB Anatomy Academy, based in Pune, Maharashtra 411045, India.
1. The service
We provide a paid, live, online educational webinar (the “Webinar”) on Anatomy for MBBS students — currently “How to Score in Anatomy Short Answers (SAQ)”, a 2-hour live session. The Webinar is educational in nature and is intended to help students prepare for their university examinations. We do not guarantee any specific marks, examination result, rank or outcome.
2. Registration & eligibility
- You must provide accurate and complete information (name, WhatsApp number and, optionally, your college) when registering.
- Seats are limited (currently 20 per batch) and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis only after successful payment.
- You are responsible for keeping your contact details and joining link confidential.
3. Fees & payment
- The Webinar fee is ₹199 (or the amount displayed on the registration page at the time of booking), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay via UPI, cards and netbanking. We do not store your payment credentials.
- Your registration is confirmed only when payment is successfully received. If a payment fails but money is debited, it is typically reversed by your bank/Razorpay within the standard processing time.
4. Joining the Webinar
- After successful payment, the joining link (and reminders) will be sent to the WhatsApp number you register with.
- You are responsible for arranging a stable internet connection and a compatible device to attend the live session.
- The session runs at the scheduled date and time (IST). We are not responsible for your inability to attend due to reasons within your control.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use & conduct
- You agree to attend respectfully and not to disrupt the session for other participants.
- You may not record, screen-capture, reproduce, redistribute, resell or publicly share any part of the Webinar, joining link, materials or recordings without our prior written permission.
- Access is for the registered individual only and may not be shared.
7. Intellectual property
All content delivered in the Webinar and on this website — including teaching material, diagrams, the “Sketch & Recall” method, videos, text, graphics and the VB Anatomy name and logo — is the intellectual property of VB Anatomy Academy and/or Dr. Vaishaly Bharambe and is protected by applicable laws. No rights are transferred to you except a personal, non-transferable right to attend the Webinar you registered for.
8. Disclaimer
The Webinar is provided for educational guidance only. While delivered by an experienced faculty member, it does not constitute a guarantee of examination performance. The website and Webinar are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Webinar or this website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Webinar. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
10. Third-party links & services
This website links to and relies on third-party services (Razorpay, Meta, WhatsApp, YouTube, and a video-conferencing platform). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of these third parties.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the website or attendance after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
