Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the terms for cancellations and refunds for paid live online webinars purchased from VB Anatomy Academy. By completing a payment, you agree to this policy.
Please note: Our webinars are live, time-bound digital events with a strictly limited number of seats. Reserving a seat for you means turning another student away once the batch fills. Please book only when you are sure you can attend.
1. Cancellation by you
- You may request to cancel your registration by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of the Webinar.
- Eligible cancellations made within this window will be refunded as described in Section 2.
- Once the Webinar has started or concluded, the registration is treated as fully used and is non-refundable.
- No-shows (registering but not attending the live session) are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay.
- Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/card issuer.
- Any payment gateway charges, where applicable, may be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. Failed or duplicate payments
If your payment fails but the amount is debited, or if you are charged more than once for the same registration, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank/Razorpay within the standard processing time. If it is not reversed, contact us with your payment reference and we will help resolve it.
4. Cancellation or rescheduling by us
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a Webinar (for example, due to a technical failure, faculty emergency or other unforeseen circumstance), we will notify registered participants and offer either:
- a seat in the rescheduled session, or
- a full refund of the amount paid.
5. How to request a refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us with your name, registered WhatsApp number and payment reference/ID:

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
