This Privacy Policy explains how VB Anatomy Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit this website or register for our live online Anatomy webinars. By using this website and providing your details, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

When you register for a webinar or interact with this site, we may collect:

• Information you provide directly: your name, WhatsApp/mobile number, and college/university name (optional) entered in the registration form.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or netbanking details on our servers. Razorpay collects and processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• Automatically collected data: your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and interactions, gathered through cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel — see Section 4).

2. How we use your information

• To register you for the webinar and send you the joining link, reminders and updates (primarily via WhatsApp and/or the contact details you provide).
• To process your payment and provide customer support.
• To measure, improve and market our webinars, including through online advertising.
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly if you do.

4. Advertising & analytics (Meta Pixel)

We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) to understand the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads to you and similar audiences. The Meta Pixel may collect data such as pages visited, actions taken (for example, viewing the registration section or starting checkout), and device/browser information, and shares this with Meta Platforms, Inc.

You can manage how your data is used for advertising through your Meta ad preferences and your device/browser privacy settings.

5. Third-party services we share data with

We share information only with service providers that help us run this service, including:

• Razorpay — payment processing. See the Razorpay Privacy Policy.
• Meta Platforms — advertising and analytics. See the Meta Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp / Meta — to send you the joining link and reminders.
• Webinar / video conferencing platform (e.g. Google Meet) — to host the live session.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

6. Data retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as needed to deliver the webinar, provide support, meet legal and accounting requirements, and for reasonable marketing follow-up. You may ask us to delete your data at any time (see Section 7).

Subject to applicable law (including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request correction of inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data;
• Withdraw consent and opt out of marketing messages.

8. Children’s privacy

Our webinars are intended for medical (MBBS) students and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without appropriate consent.
